BILINGUAL RECEPTIONIST – SPANISH OR PORTUGUESE
Are you friendly, organized, dependable, and great with people? Talline Carvalho Insurance Agency is looking for a Bilingual Receptionist to join our State Farm agency in Danbury.
You'll be one of the first people our customers interact with, so we're looking for someone who is warm, professional, energetic, and comfortable in a busy office environment.
Insurance experience is not required. We're looking for the right personality, strong communication skills, reliability, and someone who is excited to learn and grow.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Welcome customers in person and provide a friendly, professional first impression
• Answer incoming calls and direct customers to the appropriate team member
• Assist with appointment scheduling and office communications
• Help maintain accurate customer information and records
• Follow up with customers when needed
• Support the team with administrative tasks and projects
• Identify opportunities where a licensed team member may be able to help a customer with additional insurance needs
• Help keep the office organized and running smoothly

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Bilingual in English and Spanish OR Portuguese — required
• Friendly, positive, and comfortable speaking with customers
• Dependable and punctual
• Organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a busy environment
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn our systems
• Customer service, receptionist, retail, hospitality, or office experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation: $43,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in Danbury.
- Our office is open 9-5 and saturdays 9-noon.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Employee.
- We currently have 7 team members at our agency.
- We have 25 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
- Our agency has received awards including: President's Club, Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, and Senior Vice President's Club
